Mesh Systems Named One of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Mesh Systems has once again been recognized as one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Indiana, marking the fourth consecutive year the company has earned this distinction. Mesh was honored in the small-medium company category, reflecting its continued commitment to building a workplace where people can grow, contribute, and do meaningful work.

The statewide awards program, led by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, evaluates organizations and recognizes those that demonstrate high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.

How Companies Are Evaluated

Companies across Indiana participate in a comprehensive two-part survey process to determine the honorees. 

The first component evaluates each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second component consists of a confidential employee survey designed to measure the overall employee experience, including engagement, leadership, communication, and workplace culture. 

Workforce Research Group manages the registration and survey process, analyzes the data, and determines the honorees and rankings. The companies included in this year’s list will be honored at the annual Best Places to Work Awards Dinner in May, where the final rankings will be announced.
