MeshManage
End-to-end production operations
for connected products.
MeshManage is the long-term operational backbone behind your connected product business. Cloud, application, mobile, connectivity, firmware, hardware lifecycle. One accountable partner across the stack, in it with you for the long haul.
Why MeshManage
Most IoT programs don't fail in engineering. They stall in operations.
Getting a connected product to market is hard. Keeping it healthy, secure, and improving year after year is harder. Fleets grow, cellular plans drift, cloud services deprecate, security postures evolve, devices need onboarding and sunsetting, embedded software needs patches, and customers expect more.
Most IoT platforms hand you a black box and expect your team to figure it out. Most services firms ship the project and disappear. MeshManage is built for what comes after launch, the operational discipline of running a connected product at scale, for the long term.
Full-stack stewardship
Cloud, application, mobile, cellular connectivity, firmware, hardware lifecycle. One accountable partner across the whole stack, so issues stop at our door instead of bouncing between vendors.
Sustaining engineering, not just monitoring
Real engineering work behind the SLA. Bug fixes and patches, embedded software releases, cellular optimization, vulnerability remediation, code scans, infrastructure modernization. Dashboards report what’s happening. Sustaining engineering fixes it.
We stick around until the ROI shows up
Multi-year engagements, quarterly business reviews, governance built in. A dedicated Technical Principal and Program Manager assigned to your account. We measure success in years of healthy production and business value delivered, not tickets closed.
Variable, right-sized scope
Three service tiers and modular stack coverage so the engagement fits the business. Add development velocity when the roadmap heats up. Hold steady when it doesn’t. The contract flexes with you.
One-Stop Solution
One partner for the entire stack.
MeshManage covers as much of the solution as you need it to. Take only what makes sense. Add the rest as the business grows.
The Bigger Picture
Where MeshManage Fits
MeshManage is what makes everything else durable. IoT Engineering Services builds the product. MeshCloud enables the data substrate. MeshInsights activates intelligence at the edge of action. MeshManage operates all of it, day after day, year after year, so your team can focus on what’s next instead of what’s already shipped.
MeshManage FAQs
Do I have to buy MeshCloud to use MeshManage?
No. MeshCloud and MeshManage are designed to complement each other, but they’re sold separately. MeshManage can operate solutions built on platforms you already have, including platforms Mesh didn’t build. That said, they work best as a pair. If MeshManage is in place, you won’t be double-charged for overlapping services delivered through MeshCloud.

How is this different from a standard SLA or support contract?
Most support contracts are reactive. Tickets come in, tickets go out. MeshManage is built on sustaining engineering. That means proactive monitoring, scheduled code scans, quarterly security reviews, cellular optimization, embedded software releases, and a Technical Principal who owns the technical direction of the solution as it evolves. It’s the difference between answering the phone and keeping the business running.
Can MeshManage cover hardware and firmware we built ourselves?
Yes. Stack coverage is modular. You can put any combination of cloud, application, mobile, connectivity, firmware, and hardware lifecycle under MeshManage, regardless of who originally engineered it. We’ll do a scoping pass during onboarding to confirm what we can take ownership of and where the seams are.
What does scaling up or down look like over a multi-year engagement?
The contract is built to flex. Engagements run on multi-year SOWs with quarterly business reviews that double as the scope-adjustment forum. Add development velocity (typically 0.5 or 1.0 FTE) when the roadmap heats up. Add modules as new product lines launch. Adjust scope through a change request when the business changes. The cadence is built for the long term, not for renegotiating every quarter.
