Exploring the Azure IoT Suite and how Mesh has leveraged them with real-world use cases.
Apr 22, 2021
INDIANAPOLIS, IN—On Tuesday, Mesh Systems hosted its first Azure Virtual Workshop with the intention of informing attendees about the potential of the Microsoft Azure suite of services.
The 6-hour event included key insights from Microsoft’s 2020 IoT Signals Report, an overview of Mesh’s successful history as pioneers in IoT and culminated in a hands-on workshop with attendees. Greg Dettinger, Mesh’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, along with Kyle Zeronik, Mesh’s VP of Engineering, walked attendees through best practices for edge-to-cloud computing, integrating existing systems with enhanced data, AI, and analytics, as well as exploring how IoT solutions can support sustainability commitments.
Due to the virtual nature of the Azure Virtual Workshop, the webinar was held entirely through Microsoft Teams and allowed attendees to see the physical devices that Mesh had created as the use-cases were explained.
“IoT solutions are adopted by companies across a variety of industries as the intelligent edge continues to grow. The Azure Virtual Workshop: Internet of Things (IoT) provides an exclusive opportunity to learn more about Azure IoT Hub, Azure Sphere, Azure IoT Edge & more,” a Microsoft statement on the AVW reads. “You will be able to gain insights to streamline operations and save money. Get a high-level, hands-on introduction to Azure products.”
