Upcoming Events: National Restaurant Association Show 2026 and IoT Tech Expo North America

Manufacturers have established the foundation for connected products. Devices are deployed, data is collected, and platforms are in place. The next phase is executing decisions automatically using that data to drive measurable business outcomes.

Mesh Systems will be at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago and IoT Tech Expo in San Jose on May 18–19. At both events, the focus is on how manufacturers are moving from connected data to consistent execution across their operations.

NRA Show: Applying AI Agents to Food and Beverage Equipment Fleets

On May 18, the Mesh team will be onsite at the NRA Show, meeting with food and beverage equipment manufacturers and operators.

Mesh has supported OEMs across the connected product lifecycle, including device connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and ongoing solution management. This work has been delivered with companies such as BUNN, Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo, and Anheuser-Busch, where connected products operate across large, distributed environments.

These programs established the systems required to collect and manage device data at scale. The current challenge is how that data is used within day-to-day operations. In many organizations, analysis is still manual and concentrated within a small group of experts, which limits speed and consistency.

MeshInsights addresses this by applying AI agents directly to connected product data. These use cases are organized around five core areas: early warning, service resolution, performance management, aftermarket growth, and customer health.

For food and beverage equipment manufacturers, this includes:

  • Early warning of equipment degradation, refrigeration risk, and store downtime
  • Guidance on service actions such as remote reset, dispatch, and parts replacement
  • Identification of performance gaps such as energy waste, throughput variation, and utilization issues
  • Signals tied to consumables, replacement timing, and expansion opportunities
  • Visibility into underused equipment, unresolved issues, and site-level risk

This approach improves uptime, reduces service costs, and increases aftermarket revenue by enabling teams to act on data consistently across large installed bases.

IoT Tech Expo: From Secure Devices to Operational Outcomes

At IoT Tech Expo, Mesh Systems will be working from booth #207 with Exein.

The focus at the event is how connected product systems operate end to end. Manufacturers need secure devices, reliable data infrastructure, and a clear path to execution. These components must function together as a single system.

Exein establishes trust at the device level through embedded security. Mesh Systems builds and operates the connected product system that carries that data through to execution across the organization.

This system spans device integration, connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and application layers. It is designed to support how manufacturers manage service, operations, and commercial workflows at scale.

Throughout the event, the team will be at Exein’s booth meeting with manufacturers and discussing how this system operates as a continuous flow:

  • Secure devices generating trusted data at the edge
  • Data ingestion, modeling, and integration across cloud systems
  • Continuous monitoring and identification of operational risk
  • Execution of workflows across service, operations, and commercial teams

The system is designed so that data moves directly into action, with AI agents executing decisions that would typically require manual analysis.

The result is a connected product system where decisions are executed consistently without relying on manual interpretation at every step.

Connect with Mesh Systems

Manufacturers that have already invested in connected products are now under pressure to translate that investment into measurable results. The opportunity is to move from collecting data to operating with it.
