MeshManage
What's in a
MeshManage engagement.
An overview of how MeshManage covers your connected product business. Service tiers, stack coverage, the work behind the SLA, and the boundaries of scope. The specifics get tuned to your fleet, your stack, and your roadmap in a scoping conversation.
Every tier ships with sustaining engineering, security monitoring, and a dedicated Technical Principal and Program Manager. What changes between tiers is response speed, support cadence, and the assigned roles around the work.
The right tier depends on how central connected products are to your business, and how much downtime your operations can absorb.
Bronze
The right tier when MeshManage operates as a stable foundation behind a fleet that’s running well. Accountable operations, regular reporting, response cadence tuned for predictable production environments.
Silver
The right tier when the fleet is growing, the business depends on uptime, and the operational team needs tighter response and more frequent cadence with MeshManage built into the operating rhythm.
Gold
The right tier when connected products are central to the business, downtime carries real cost, and MeshManage needs to be deeply embedded. Includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager as part of the partnership.
Five categories of work define MeshManage. Every tier ships with all five. What changes between tiers is the cadence, the assigned roles, and the response speed.
When the roadmap heats up, MeshManage can fold in continuous development capacity alongside the operational work. Development velocity is an optional enhancement layered on top of any service tier, separately scoped and separately tracked so feature work doesn’t compete with sustaining engineering for capacity.
Sustaining engineering
The engineering work that keeps the solution healthy as the world around it changes. Cloud services deprecate, libraries age, embedded software needs patches. Sustaining engineering is how we prevent technical debt from compounding into a costly replatforming exercise later.
Cloud operations
The day-to-day operation of the production Azure environment. Monitoring and alerting, configuration management, incident triage, and uptime accountability against the SLA defined in your tier.
Security and compliance
Ongoing vulnerability management, regular code scans on production applications, and the security work required to keep the solution compliant with your customers’ evolving requirements.
Cellular and fleet management
Active management of the cellular fleet across the carrier relationships, data plans, and anomaly patterns that determine whether the fleet keeps talking.
Partnership governance
The cadence that keeps the engagement aligned to the business. Sprint-level reporting, monthly status reviews, quarterly Partner Business Reviews, and a defined ticketing process where every issue is logged, tracked, and documented through to resolution. Operations that runs on a rhythm, not on heroics.
