MeshInsights
Offers
& Packaging
MeshInsights is a guided engagement that turns machine data into decisions your team can trust and act on.
Here’s how that engagement is packaged: two phases, two paths, and what each is built to return.
Every MeshInsights engagement follows the same arc: prove a decision is worth automating, launch it responsibly, then keep it accurate as your operations change. That arc breaks into two phases you actually contract for.
Agent Launch (One-Time)
Mesh works with your team to define the use case, assemble the evidence, build the agent against a benchmark, and launch it into production. This is the first paid step. Discovery and proof are included, not sold as a separate pilot.
Agent Improvement (Recurring)
Once the agent is live, Mesh keeps it accurate and current: optimizing against new data and edge cases, evaluating new models, and managing it as your products, sensors, and operations change. This is the recurring anchor.
Once an agent is live, someone has to keep it accurate as conditions change. Most teams want that to be Mesh; some are ready to take it on themselves.Â
In both offers, the agent runs in your environment and you own the resulting assets. The difference is who improves it over time.
Build & Improve: The Default
Mesh launches the agent and provides Agent Improvement on a recurring basis. You operate it in your own environment; Mesh keeps it sharp. Best for teams that want our expertise compounding over time.
Build & Handoff: The Exception
For teams with the capacity and intent to manage the agent themselves after launch. Mesh launches the agent, then hands off ongoing operation and improvement to you.
Common Questions
What's worth considering.
The two paths above cover how MeshInsights gets delivered. What follows is the layer underneath that: what you walk away owning, and how naturally things extend once the first agent proves itself.
Fit check
Build & Improve is the default for a reason: most teams would rather have Mesh’s expertise keeping the agent current than build that muscle in-house from day one. Build & Handoff is the right call when your team already has the capacity, and the intent, to own that work themselves. If you’re not sure yet, that’s a normal place to start a conversation from, not a decision you need to make alone.
Ownership
The agent, the benchmark, and the labeled data behind it. It runs in your environment, on your infrastructure. Mesh owns its methods, pipelines, and platform IP, and isn’t the production host.
Scale
It gets easier. Each additional agent re-enters at Agent Launch, reusing the method and evidence discipline from the first one, so the build lift is lighter every time after that. Expansion isn’t a separate package, it’s what naturally happens as you scale.
